Is it possible to adjust the sort order of knowledge base articles? They appear to sort based on the order they were created. I would ideally like our articles to appear alphabetically.
Yes, you have to drag and drop an article in the left menu.
Awesome. That helped sort the articles from within the knowledge base, but it did not update the sort order on the main page of the knowledge base where the articles are in two-three columns with the search box, etc. If I click into a parent article, the sort order is correct. Just not the top-level searchable page for the knowledge base.
